Act on behalf of natural persons, legal persons and other entities in applying for registration of IC layout design in China and foreign jurisdictions;

Act on behalf of foreign individuals, foreign enterprises and other foreign entities in applying for registration of IC layout design in China;

Represent Chinese and foreign clients in applying for review of application for registration of IC layout design;

Draft contracts in connection with IC layout designs for Chinese and foreign clients;and

Provide consulting service in relation to IC layout designs.
